During my interview it was glaringly obvious that my resume and cover letter had not even been read. For the most part, the interviewers attempting to convince me that I was not interested in the job. It was the most bizarre interview I've ever had. This was an internal position, but an external candidate was hired; turns out he was their friend's roommate.
