After pre-selection and dinner, a full-day interview with 4-5 other candidates, where they introduce the company. Later there are 2 cooperative exercises while being watched by several employees. There's a final individual business case marketing/sales related in which the candidate needs to figure out a problem mostly using logic instead of calculation.
