Phone interview first, if they find you fit they will offer you an in-person interview. If that goes well, expect to be invited to another in-person interview with a manager. The first in-person interview lasted about an hour and the second lasted about two hours. The company is thorough making sure you know the position you applied for. The process took about a week. They get straight to the point that the job is tough and not a job for someone who doesn't have a work hard, play hard mentality.
