Interview with two or more managers. Very friendly. They want to know your sales experience but more so what you know about solar and specifically solarcity. They also are very impressed with those who learn about the company, those whom are familiar with our sister company as well as those who know the founders and our Chairman Elon Musk.
Brief 30 min phone convo asked a range of questions, they try to determine weather or not you will be a good fit for a sales position depending on your personality and skill set .
