I had a panel interview with the Controller and 1 department employee. It lasted over an hour. The Controller is exceptionally strict with her expectations of how you should dress and doesn't want you to wear too much makeup. She also does not want you to wear open toed shoes. Basically, come to work as a Quaker. Needless to say the oddest interview but very eye opening as to what type of boss you will have to tolerate. I went back for another appointment for testing - Excel, Word and Personality.
