Began with Field Recruiter conducting a phone interview, then another phone interview with Area Manager and finally a face to face with the Area Manager and a VP.
Interview questions were industry related scenario questions, which gives the interviewer a better picture of how the person being considered might handle similar scenarios in the position.

Phone interview w HR person, then face to face w other GM w less than 90 days experience w them. He was very unprepared but tried to act like an expert.
