Was asked bizarre questions that weren't relevant to the job description. All of the people who interviewed me had worked previously together as contractors somewhere else. They basically recruited each other and gatekeep other people who aren't in their circle. It was a weird flex in the interview. I will be staying away from smartsheets from now on.
