Horrible and unprofessional. Had 8+ interviews over a couple of months and after each set of interviews, the recruiter goes dark and comes back with another set of interviews instead of setting expectations on the interview process and timelines upfront. Have no idea why 8-10 interviews are required to make a decision on a candidate.Smartsheet lacks transparency and definitely fails to live up to its tagline of idea to impact-fast as the recuiting process is anything but fast and transparent.

It was ok. They were not very responsive but the overall experience was fine and structured. I did not receive an offer. Best of luck to the individual who got the job.

In a word, clunky. When I came in for the interview, the place was very hard to locate. No one at the front desk was smiling or particularly enthused about making it a positive experience. I was back to back for five hours with no breaks. There didn’t seem to be a strategy for what questions I was being asked as they were a repetitive grilling. I sent a thoughtful thank you note with an initial response from the recruiter that they’d be in touch in a few days, then nothing despite a few follow-ups. Everything that day indicated good discussions for all involved, so it’s hard to make out what happened. First time I’ve ever been ghosted.
