They will hire anyone that is breathing. You can tell because they are trying to sell you on the job rather than you sell yourself to get the position. That should be your first red flag. They don't tell you up front that you'll be working 12 hour days, minimum, and up to 15-16 hour days if you're doing well.

Phone interview followed by in person interview followed by interview with owner of company.
