The First Two Rounds of the interview were amazing.
First-round was DSA and I was asked questions on heaps and Graphs.
The second round was System design where I was asked about designing a stack overflow-like Q&A platform.
All the love to the engineers they were amazing.
Now during the hiring manager round. The Hiring manager first asked me some standard questions about my current job as he was going through my profile.
Now he realizes I have an offer in hand and brought up the low score on glassdoor in the previous interview, so I will likely reject the offer.
So attacks me on my accent that I emphasize weird vowels. Then he attacks me saying is it proper interview etiquette that I am during water during the interview,
Then he asks me if I had any backlog in college and I said yes. He then says there may be some issues there that is still unresolved, and that is why he is rejecting me. At multiple places, I wanted to slam and dunk on him but I maintained decorum.
So yeah, funniest interview yet. Yeah, no wonder ex-employees say not to join the company,
