Initial phone screen interview with a recruiter. Next was an in person interview with 2 developers. They didn't move forward with the next interview at that time due to a lack of experience and finding an excellent candidate. However, I kept in touch with the recruiter over the next few months, who provided excellent insight and advice on how to best prepare myself for any upcoming opportunities. A few months down the road, I went for coffee with the company's CTO to discuss an opportunity I might be suited for. Next a technical demo was scheduled, for me to show off an app I built with the specs provided. After the technical demo, I was moved forward to a culture fit breakfast with a few team members. From there, reference checks were provided and an offer presented.

I did the interview process from abroad so I couldn't meet them in person. There were 3 steps, 2 cultural interviews and 1 coding project on BitBucket. Everyone on the interview process was very nice and I got to know a little bit of the company through the cultural interviews.
