8 interviews with a coding assessment using the platform. Over the course of 2.5 months. Recruiters are hard to get a hold of and not very communicative hence why it took so long.

Entrevista
This review summarizes my experience for multiple roles, which had the same recruiter. The most recent role was for technical support.
I worked with the same recruiter for each position. I passed the initial interview for each role, then moved onto the second round interview (with the hiring manager/team member). At this point, the recruitment experience fell apart both times.
I followed up each interview with a thank you note and did not get a response from either the note or the recruiter. I follow up a couple more times over the next 2 weeks, but still get nothing back.
After weeks with a response moving me forward or rejection, I reach back out to the recruiter. Miraculously, I receive a generic rejection email that afternoon.
I shouldn't have to chase down someone to get a rejection that far into the recruitment process.
