After the 1st round of interviews, successful candidates are invited to participate in a Shell Recruitment Day, which consists of 7 other new grads being assessed. You will attend dinner the night before, and the next day you will be assessed by doing a case study, business scenario, and a group activity.

Case Study: You are the Manager of Shell in a fictitious country, where many issues are present and it is your job to present the issues and how you will handle them.

Entrevista
First I had to apply online, then I got an email from them explaining the process. I would get to tests to do, one in two phases (just some assessment questions) and the second a video that I would have to self record with normal interview questions. I have 10 days to do it.

Entrevista
I applied for GR program in Netherlands.
Then you are invited for an online assessment - situation question and analytical tasks.
After passing the test you are scheduled for an telephone interview basen on a STAR method.
In the next stage you are invited to the assessment centre to "compete" in team.

Entrevista
The procedure followed the outlines online.
The face-to-face interview included your standard behavioral questions. The interviewer was extremely professional. Took the time to explain what we would be doing that day, how the questions were layed out, and how to answer them. Was very relaxed and straight forward.
They followed up after 2 weeks.
