There was an online interview that used a sort of filtering system. I applied online and then waited about 5-7 days for an email. In this email they gave me the option to have an interview in person or skype.

Where do you see yourself in a year at our company?
asked a lot of questions, they were nice, simple process, I thought they would ask more about me. Wanted to know about experience. They were very professional . I highly recommend applying with them.
Was very quick and to the point. Wanted to know about prior experiences in retail and other jobs. Overall was a very easy and simple process compared to most others
