This was quite a traditional process with the pre screening interview, followed by interviews with others you would be working with and then final interviews with senior management. The problem is the answers to my questions. I asked about what they do to give back to the community, specifically the environment. At least they were honest in admitting that they don't do anything and that it's not a priority. And for all of the talk about wanting drivers instead of passengers, they don't want drivers who help them develop some social responsibility. Nice people, but quite sad.
