The interview process was streamlined and efficient. First, you receive a call from the recruiter, and you have a casual conversation about past experiences and how you could fit in at SQ. If they think you're a good fit, you have a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. This conversation is based more around how the job works, what it will take to get the job done, and the opportunities that lie ahead. If the hiring manager thinks you're a good fit, you receive an offer letter.

Multiple phone interviews and video interview, long on-boarding and multiple required tasks to complete before even being hired and on payroll. Far too in-depth for a job with such a low salary and low level of quality and position type.
