Submitted an application, was interviewed. Got called back for a second interview, offered to start at minimum wage. Polite and Professional. A good first job for high school students.

How did you handle a missed assignment in high school?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
