Entrevista
Very basic questions. This was my first "real" interview, so I was nervous, but was able to answer every question somewhat coherently. During the first two interviews, there were really no "unexpected" questions. They were mostly basic customer service experience questions, designed to sort through those who will not be good with customers.

I was asked to sell the manager a ballpoint pen. I should have been expecting to have to sell something, but it did catch me off guard. For the record, he bought what I sold!
Remember to smile during the interviews! It seems like such an obvious suggestion, but the girl who was interviewed prior to me wore an expression as if she had a nasty smell emanating from her upper lip. Smiling goes a long way in customer service!
Also, dress appropriately. Even though it is a retail job, I chose to wear a suit, which gave the impression that I care about the interview and the job itself.
The interview process was alright. Not the worst interview process but also not the best interview process. I would go through the process again. I would recommend the interview process to others

It was my first job, and it was a fairly standard interview at the time. It was difficult, because the hiring manager was not there, despite having should been. I was told to check back for three days in a row, before the person that made me the offer just happened to be there and decided to conduct an interview after three days of checking back.
