Very thorough process. Initially, as expected the focus was competency, experience and real examples. The usual probing but very professional and ‘human’. Next phase focussed on senior leaders making sure that I had every opportunity to understand the culture and to gauge suitability from both sides. Mostly the company has a clear mission - get great books into every single child’s hands. Reading bring the key to learning. I met some great people during the process and as left very excited to join this business.
