it has two rounds of interview. both are same questions. No need to panic while taking interview. They ask all behaviour based questions and seek specific examples related to questions. Apart from interview they also do two reference check. There is no criminal background check done.

Did the online quiz application, then walked in store with a resume. They looked it over then invited me in for an interview. Went upstairs and talked for about forty minutes.

I called the savers for an phone interview, had to personal interviews one with the assistant manager, the other with the store manager. Was hired after two weeks of calling them back regarding whether or not I had received the job.
