general process, no tele interview, you will get a phone call from HR and then get an face to face talk with HR and Hiring Manager together, HR would be an observer when you are talking with your hiring manager
Detailed interviews. Long process. Very friendly interviews. Was surprised at the calmness of the interview. There did not seem to be any power centers during the interviews. Face to face as well as one to one interviews were scheduled as per my availability.
