A straightforward process with standard questions, this is a lot of an open format interview that is clearly designed to focus on soft skills and presentations. Granted, everything was virtual, but I felt like this interview process was very laid back and easy going with these types of interviews being very standard with in SaaS Sales frame works. 1) Screening with HR 2) 1:1 with Hiring Manager 3) Panel Interview 4) Presentation 5) Additional Interview with Leadership

Screen with company recruiter, then interview with hiring manager. Manager seemed distracted and unengaged. Kept flipping her hair and not engaging in eye contact. Was not the grilling suggested by the recruiter
