Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce (São Paulo, ) en may 2018
Entrevista
First a HR interview just to get to know each other and explaining about the company. Then two interviews one more focused on business and the oteger more focused on technical stuff.
Then there was this third interview on which I had to present a solution which was requested, using power point and interviewers playing roles as customer. Very interesting and very fun. Finally an interviews with the president of LACA.

First round was fairly technical - interviewer covered more topics, so more breadth than depth I would say.
Second round was deep technical - was asked a lot of questions around JWT token and OAuth architecture. Also event driven integrations and asynchronous apex. You have to know your technical stuff to clear this round.
Third round is hiring manager round - which is face-to-face. Hiring manager asks more of project experience and different stakeholder management. Also can ask technical questions.

Highly unprofessional interviewer. I wonder if they even have a process to ensure that the people who are taking technical interviews have any interview etiquettes. Specially when interviewing senior level candidates and that too considering Salesforce is a large company.
Where do I start. Phew.
1: The interviewer arrived late. Did not turn on his camera, Did not introduce himself and directly started reading out some stuff from my resume. So no intro's at all.
2: He was not sure if it's the R1 or R2 interview.
3: While answering technical questions, the interviewer interrupted at every single line. Absolutely annoying. Wonder how these people talk to clients / stakeholders.
4: He even went on the the extend of questioning me about my certification and how I did not remember a certain thing.
5: When I mentioned about a large client that uses SF product. He went on to criticize the client as well as to how they are doing their own stuff. Mind it, this client is the largest client of salesforce in commerce cloud and has the highest billing.
Absolutely negative experience. I am not sure why I even continued with the interview when at the very first question, I sensed lack of professionalism.
Recruitment team and the management should look into this aspect. I am suspecting some Bias with respect to hiring.
