The way they do their interview and hiring process is very unprofessional and weird they will have you setting in a zoom interview waiting room for over 20 minutes. Then you are put in to others rooms to do different steps. The way I’d not good 14$ and hour.

Work environment and company is very good. And the hr team is very good in providing the interview properly.

They were very straightforward with their question. They have a set of qualifications that they are looking for and they stick to that. The way they assess their applicants is very upfront and by the end of the interview they are open to discuss their feedback on the applicant.

Entrevista
I want to share my experience with Sagility. They emailed me that I passed both my initial and final interviews and instructed me to proceed with the medical exam and job offer signing onsite. However, when we arrived, we were told we still had to pass another assessment before receiving the job offer. Unfortunately, none of us were informed about this additional requirement beforehand. As a result, many applicants, including myself, were misled and wasted our time and effort.
Clear and honest communication is very important in the hiring process. I hope Sagility can improve transparency so future applicants won’t experience the same.
