Phone screen, brought in for an onsite where I explained my portfolio of work, they asked behavioral questions and what I knew about UX, which was admittedly--very little. I had a skills mismatch with the job (I was more quantitative research based)

Over 3 months every single stage of the interview process changed. I’ve been on hiring panels before and last minute scheduling changes are understandable, but I’d get emails telling me that the entire format of the interview was going to change the day before the call. A 30 minute interview with the hiring manager got switched to a 90 minute panel with multiple people. The recruiter told me to prepare a presentation and then the interviewer was confused as to why I did. It was overall very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time, the team and recruiter didn’t seem to know what they were doing the entire time.
