Very laid back. I was over prepared which helped. Communication was very clear and they were timely with the follow up. Generic questions were asked, so just be yourself. Tell them how you can be an asset and everything else will fall in line. Plus, you never know the position of the person interviewing, upper management was hands on. This is good because you know you won't be just another number. Thumbs up!

The interview was primarily conversational and followed a typical structured interview format. The interviewer asked behavioral and situational questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Much of the discussion focused on my previous work experience, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and examples of how I handled challenges in the workplace. The atmosphere was professional and allowed for a detailed discussion of my qualifications and experience.
