i got an interview through my college. the interview was with the talent acquisition head and the department head. they asked questions on previous work experience and they are looking for people who are ready to learn and do more when the company needs it. coordination and leadership skills are important. other questions were based on whether you are willing to do this and do that which show your willingness to help the firm.
