Very incompetent and very vague. Interviewers got 20m and then 1h late. The attitude was far from professional, it was more like a chit-chat. I had to structure the interview and manage time. Got very dissatisfied with the company... possibly the worst interview in my life.
My chief was my interviewer. He asked me of my studies, my grades, where do I live, other insignificant questions. It was more like a smalltalk than an interview.

The interview process is quick, but the security check takes too long. They called me after 7 days of applying on-line. First was a quick phone call where they explained the position, then the actual in-person interview with the manager of the department.
