Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. Round 1- Initially was given a take home coding challenge which was very interesting to solve. Further rounds were scheduled after the take home exercise validation. Round 2 - had a technical telephonic screen with on of the engineers. He was very kind and willing to listen. Explained what they are working at Bina and technical questions were asked. He mentioned there will be an onsite as next round, which was not the case. Round3 - Was scheduled for another telephonic screen with engineer. Very rude and was not interested to listen to the answers. He was predetermined to reject. And got rejection the next day. Hr team were good and responsive to answers. Great Company if the engineer from round 3 does not take interviews.
