The recruiter tried to catch me out often during the first video call and told me during the call that I wasn't a good fit for it without using a bit of tact.
The job description didn't match the position Remote was looking for.

Pretty straight forward process with kind interviewers Four stages- The Recruiter stage comes first after which you are given an exercise to attempt and submit at your convenience, then comes Hiring Manager interview stage after which you meet the Team lead. If you pass all four, then your offer awaits you.
