Very long! Starts with an Ai interview which is a unique experience for me at least. Not what I was expecting! An interesting take on pre-screening potential candidates but is understandable given that it is an entirely remote company
The interview process was straightforward, like any other interview. There were three different interviews before I was given the offer. What set this interview process apart from other companies I interviewed with was the transparency of the job role, the culture of the company and how management operated on the team.
