I met with one of the Directors. It was a very relaxed interview where we discussed the company, my previous experience in real estate, focus of my current role. It is a results oriented company. One perk of the role is that one could choose to work remotely at anyone of Regus serviced offices.

After applying online, there will be a telephone interview to screen the candidates. If you have the right experience the focus seems to be on whether or not they can afford you because the salary is not posted in the job specification. The role pays ~£50k per year which is at the lower end for jobs of this nature. The next step is a one on one interview which in my case occurred around three months later. I can't recall if there was an additional final interview before a successful candidate would receive an offer.
