1. contacted by an HR associate to book an interview, communication with her was very bad, took her days to reply each time.
2. Initial phone interview with the hiring manager
3. 2nd interview was booked for 2 hours

An assignment was sent and asked to be completed before the 2nd interview.
Two hours (!) before the interview I was emailed that they are cancelling the interview since my answers weren't up to their standards.

Only made it to the initial screening, but seems to comprise of initial screening, 1-2 hour presentation and interview, and then a culture fit after that. A phone call, and then likely a zoom interview for the longer interview.
