Started off great. Recruiter contacted me just a day after I applied, and after an optimistic chat I met with another team member, and things 180'd quickly.
The interview was scheduled to be 30 minutes, but the interviewer was over 5 minutes late to it, and there was no time for me to ask more than a single question. Interviewer seemed distracted, and after asking me to go through my resume I got a strong feeling that she hadn't glanced at it prior to the call, so the most of the call was a wasted opportunity for us to learn about the specific and relevant needs, experiences, and challenges.
The original recruiter informed me of their decision to pass on my candidacy, and to his credit was quick, responsive, and seemed like he cared. But the interviewer gave a totally different and callous impression of the company, and my request for any feedback at all went totally ignored. I know one employee doesn't necessarily represent the whole company culture, but my experience with the interviewer was so belittling that I would not apply to this company again.
