Nice bunch of folks, with a straightforward interview process. No big surprises or trick questions. If have you have worked with a major search product, have some solid coding skills, and can communicate effectively, you will do fine. I met with several different folks in the consulting group and they were all pleasant. Some were more stiff than others, that could be due to inexperience. However, as a company, they do not have deep pockets so don't expect a killer offer (unless you are a bona fide subject matter expect in the search and classification field). Never the less, this would seem to be an ideal place to learn your trade if fresh out of school and willing to work hard.
