Interview process consists of a phone screening, personality test, a cognitive function test, and a skills test using TestDome. I question the legitimacy of some of the TestDome questions. The Rawlings Group uses pair-programming as their development environment. I usually have a test question I use for every interview that asks what are some ways the company is working to improve the culture and/or environment, and I got a response that it was perfect. I've seen poor reviews about this company.

Silly questions not pertaining to the job. Horrible job interview and horrible company in general. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is serious about pursuing a job.

Phone screen with hr to discuss the company and salary expectations, followed by a technical assessment of easy-medium difficulty (mostly c# oop related stuff and SQL SELECT questions) and then an on-campus meeting where they discuss your resume and ask a few technical questions
