The hiring process consists of the following
1.Telephonic
2.Face to face interview
3.Managerial
4.HR
The telephonic round consists of technical discussion and I was interviewed for C++ developer.
First they explain about their company and the kind of products they are working on.
Then they briefly discuss the expected roles and responsibilities for the job.
For me they started asking about the kind of work I am doing.
Then they started asking questions related to C++ and some protocols like gpio,spi,UART.
Good experience , they made me feel very comfortable, especially the mangerial round was great because of which I actually joined the company. Technical round was ok as well. Totally 3 rounds of interview

Very well conducted , it was a virtual interview due to covid but happened just like face to face
Questions were well suited for the level of experience. 2 rounds of interview.
Manager and HR rounds were easy too.
