The recruiter call was average and the questions were pretty standard. I got a second interview with the hiring manager which went very well. Was ghosted after that after repeated emails to check-in and ask for a status update. I think it's become common for recruiters to ignore people until they have an offer out to someone but its an unfair and rude. Just treat people like human beings.
