I had a phone and face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. I was surprised that all correspondence was handled by the hiring manager and not by Human Resources. I thought both interviews went well. The face-to-face interview consisted of me, the hiring manager and a team lead. The company only notified me of their final decision after I followed up.

Three-phased interview (phone screen, first round, and second round)
Asked quite a few questions in the first round interview (~ 15-20), a lot were standard for a project manager/customer service position. The interview consisted of the department manager and their backup.
The second round you were able to get a closer look at the role with the trainer, and she showed you an example of a project and how they ran them to make sure you were still interested in the role.

Good..last round with hr may be convincing.. he asks cunning questions casually..plz don't say that you were studying for competitive exams..these kind of fools don't accept us.Pls go with formal looks ..try to be fluent in English language.it is most important for getting a job in mnc like this
