Prudential rescinded a job offer because I "didn't sound excited enough" and attempted to negotiate my salary. They refuse to deliver written offers and rely on verbal communication, which was unreliable and contradictory at best. This HR department should be ashamed of themselves for taking back and delivering an offer to an admittedly less qualified candidate just because that person was willing to accept less in terms of a salary. This company is focused on maintaining poor business practices rather than hiring the best. While the interview process was smooth, as an offer was discussed, it was one red flag after another.

Research the interviewers company technicals and youll be fine. Most of the questions were pretty surface level and didnt get too deep. Just make sure to study. Two rounds of interviews- 1) met with hr, was pretty standard. 2) met with an associate and ran through technicals and got cut loose after that

Primeiramente, fui convidado e não me foi revelado o cargo, nem modelo de trabalho, nem benefícios, apenas um range salarial. Combinamos horário e gestor que deveria me responder não apareceu. Primeiro informaram que ele estava em reunião, cerca de 30 minutos depois que estava almoçando, enquanto eu esperava. Me foi informado que ainda haveria de esperar o suficiente para completar 1 hora de espera. Não esperei pois me senti desrespeitado já que havia informado que estava com a agenda apertada e me garantiram que respeitariam o horário. A recrutadora informou que iria remarcar com o gestor e simplesmente sumiu. Cuidado, candidatos.

simple month process all behavioral questions no technicals. No referral is needed. I was not asked about the markets or any significant numbers. Very personable interview mainly scoping your personality.
