Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Providence (Seattle, WA) en mar 2015

Cake walk for anyone with experience in the field. The background check took a long time and a lot of paperwork because they wanted copies of old pay stubs to verify previous experience. The people in Human Resources were readily available to help. The recruiter called me and set up a few baseline questions to get me started, such as how I felt about this line of work. Then there was an online application to fill out. The drug screen, the interview, and the background check. I went to the interview without any make up or jewelry. I wore a nursing uniform to the interview but street clothes are worn by most of the staff.

The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
