Phone interview was first then face to face interview. Mr. Strobel decribed to job the hours and the culture of the position. I was impressed with the culture of learning the ropes and running the office. I was offered the job before I could return home.

Entrevista
Interview was smooth. I was asked about my background and responded to few questions about how to handle the position. The interviewer was really nice and very professional, she explained the values of the company and its goals and what type of background fits in the position. It was a smooth interview and I was confident to answer all the questions she had asked.
