Interview consisted of a first phone call. It lasted about 20-25 minutes and it was a typical tell-me-about-yourself intro call. I really enjoyed speaking with the HR woman. After this I was asked to complete a writing assessment. It was very nice because I was able to choose when and what time I would be completing it. I was doing this all from outside of NY and the team at Prosek was helpful throughout the whole process. After the writing assessment I was asked to do a Skype interview. I met with 4 people overall. Everyone I talked to was very nice, knowledgeable and genuinely got me excited for a potential opportunity to work there. During my Skype interview, I let the recruiters I was interviewing with know I had an international flight to catch that day. I was very impressed by how Prosek handled this info. They were able to work with my short time I had left in the US and I appreciated their flexibility-they gave me an offer right after the interview. I did not accept the offer due to another opportunity elsewhere. It was a very difficult decision for me to accept the other offer because I truly did love Prosek and would have loved to work there.
