The hiring process began with a cordial phone call from the human resources representative. I spoke with Katie about what interests me about the position and about some of my experience on the phones before jumping into a call center. I later met in-person and on-site with Sam, a customer service supervisor, and general interview questions were asked. We spoke about my ability to work with a team, the traits that set me apart from competition, and what my insight looks like as far as working in customer service. I later was due to meet with the customer service manager Anastacia, but due to an issue she was unfortunately not present. A decision was made immediately to offer me the job!

Great it was pleasant, and very professional. It was very streamlined and easy to navigate . Would recommend to anyone looking for a steady job . Their hiring managers are fantastic

The interview was very thorough and it seemed as though they actually wanted to hire the right people for the job, not just looking for any CS rep. I was impressed.
I had three interviews and didn't get the position. I was told that I was a great fit but they found someone who was better qualified to answer the phone. I have over ten years of experience in call centers/ customer service. I'll never waste my time with them again.
