ok so I'm doing this because this website was very helpful to me when I was interviewing with progressive. First I took a assessment then I had a phone interview and after that I had a face to face with two managers. It's all the STAR format. Just use good examples and you'll be fine. Also you can keep an eye on your job status inside the portal. They do a background check after your phone interview before the face to face. It takes about a week to come back. I went to my face to face on a Thursday. And the next week on a Thursday they call me with a offer. I'm very happy to start with progressive.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entrevista
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
