Began with a phone interview, then a face to face with two managers and a HR manager on the phone and a test for logicval abilities. The phone interview was also with two managers and an HR representative on the phone. The logic test was similar to the one that was required online with additional math abilities thrown in. No one is offered a job with P&G unless you can pass this test, even if you are otherwise perfect for the job. Everyone in the office was smiling, genuine, open and welcoming. You could see the displays of the product on the shelf and their old ads were framed on the walls. There was a relaxed and easy atmosphere about the place and the vibe was an overall everyone wanted to be there.
