Interviewed by a person with no PMP. They were looking to hire one with a PMP. The company had three rounds of hiring. Person said they didn’t know what contracts they actively had for the position to manage. I made it to the second round but after extensive research on their government contracts I discovered they did not actually have government IT modernization contracts the job ad claimed. Their GSA POPS had ended and their rates for $200 and hour on Mobius didn't comply with GSA guidelines for compensation of a Project Manager III with a max salary rate of $126k was not in the ballpark of federal contracting. Highly recommend to stay away as the company is pretending to be an AI company but is not legitimate player in the AI or federal contracting field. You get what you pay for and having four Project Mangers with revenue under $50 million a year is bad business. Plus the company has no facility clearance making contract acquisition almost impossible in the budget environment.
