Easy. I submitted resume at career fair. Then they called back in the next couple of days for a phone interview. It was about my community involvement. One technical question. Then they called back two weeks later for two more phone interviews. These were semi technical and asked situational and behavioral based questions. Then I got the internship offer about two weeks later. They really look for freshman and sophomores. If you an underclassmen with programming experience and community involvement, your pretty much guaranteed this internship. They want to hire you while you're young so they can try and keep you til you're able to work there. But the company is amazing, Des Moines is great.

Very good conversation going through and the interviewer give a lot of opportunity for the interviewee to express freely their thoughts to help to more understanding each other. and they are very friendly throughout the whole interview.

Flew in the night before the interview with welcome dinner with the employees. Full day interview scheduled the next day. Flight ticket and accommodations were provided. Friendly employees. Multiple interviews and sessions made the interview day lengthy
