first round phone interview. she will not ask question at first, you should talk about yourself about all the things, including education background, experience etc. and then she will ask very detail experience questions

Mostly behavioral questions, I would have much preferred an interview that attempted to assess your knowledge of the subject matter. That is really just a personal preference and not exactly a criticism. Everyone was polite and personable.
