I applied online with my CV, there was a quick questionnaire with scenarios etc. and then a few days after completion I recieved an email inviting me to an interview. Got to the interview and was waiting about 15 mins to go in. They asked the usual questions about availability, experience and personal questions. The whole interview lasted about 15 minutes and I heard back the next day with a job offer.

What would you say to a lady who knew what dress she wanted but there was none left on the shop floor? What if there was none in the stock room either?

Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
